1 Account Eligibility

Opening an account on the platform is only permitted when the following requirements are met:

• The player must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration.
• The player must be accessing from a country where gambling is legally permitted.
• Each individual may open only one account; opening multiple accounts under the same identity is not allowed.
• All information provided must be accurate, truthful and the player's own.

2 Identity Verification

zay777 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of personal information submitted by players at any time. 3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) secure and must not share them with anyone under any circumstances. All gaming and financial activity carried out on your account is considered the account holder's responsibility. 4 Deposit Terms

Deposits on the zay777 platform can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is 20,000 Ks.

• Deposits must be made from your own payment account only. Deposits from another person's payment account are not permitted.

• These terms apply equally regardless of the deposit amount.

5 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is 20,000 Ks. We aim to process withdrawals within 10–45 minutes of the request. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• As a general policy, withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until the bonus wagering requirement is met — see the Wagering Requirement section (refer to clause 6).
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold during ongoing verification procedures.

6 Welcome Bonus

The zay777 welcome bonus is 100% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks.

Example calculation:

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive 20,000 Ks bonus → account balance 40,000 Ks → Wagering: 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks must be wagered
• Deposit 620,000 Ks → receive 300,000 Ks bonus → account balance 920,000 Ks → Wagering: 300,000 Ks × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks must be wagered

Other bonus conditions:

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other bonuses — only one bonus can be active at a time.
• If you stop playing and request a withdrawal after receiving a bonus, the bonus amount will be deducted and only the remaining balance will be paid out.

7 VIP & Cashback Bonus

The zay777 VIP program has 3 tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players are promoted based on their play history and activity. Cashback rates differ by tier:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Cashback bonuses are made available as cash with no wagering requirement. You can check the details directly after logging into your account.

8 Bonus Abuse Prevention

zay777 actively monitors for unauthorized exploitation of bonus funds, unstrategic play (bonus abuse), or use of bonuses solely as an income tool. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

9 Player Responsibilities

All players on the zay777 platform must comply with the following responsibilities and code of conduct:

• Play only with your own money. Borrowing money to play is not allowed.
• Treat other players and platform staff with respect at all times.
• Any game errors, bugs, or issues with winnings must be reported immediately via Live Chat. Exploiting them for gain is strictly prohibited.
• Any funds received unexpectedly due to a network error or software bug remain the property of zay777 and may be reclaimed. You acknowledge and accept this.

10 Financial Restrictions

11 Prohibition of Game Cheating Tools
